Try something different and be inspired to kickstart your own practice! This 5 day immersion in yoga is intended to provide you with a fixed practice sequence and a little push to support you to start your own self practice.
You will be led through the sequence the first two mornings, with cues on breath and alignment. On day three, there will be less instructing and on day four, there will only be a visually led practice where you will attempt to practice the sequnce yourself with someone leading it at the front of the class, to support you visually, should you forget the sequence. On the last day, we will either continue with the format on the day before, or if all goes well, we will practice in a mysore way - self practice, with my assistance around the room. By the end of the week, the immersion should give you the confidence to self practice.
This is open to everyone who has been regularly attending classes for at least 6 weeks.
