Traditionally, yoga classes are conducted on a one-to-one basis and a routine is created according to the needs of the student. Often people ask if they have to be young and flexible to start yoga. I can tell you honestly that I am not a particularly flexible person and definitely do not posses a body that bends and folds into all sorts of positions. When I started yoga practice, it was full of frustration! I look back now and see the amazing transformation of my mind through this journey, to have arrived at a place where there is acceptance and enjoyment of the practice on all levels. I think it is through this understanding that i serve the classes. For me, it is about coming together to try something that you would never otherwise try and to play and be excited like children again!

Starting with the course is ideal if you have never done any yoga before. Class 1 is also a good starting point, especially for learning the vinyasa sun salutation. The general Vinyasa Flow classes are suitable for strong beginners or if you already have a yoga practice from a different school.

It is a practice that emphasizes on synchronizing breath with movement into a form of moving meditation
